For the purposes of international cooperation as well as to improve diplomatic relation with domestic and foreign universities about scientific research and education, Mien Tay Construction University (MTU) attended MoU Signing Ceremory with National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) and Interational Symposium at NCHU in Taichung City, Taiwan from 8th October 2019 to 12th October 2019. 

Besides, MTU and NCHU also discuss about cooperation programs based on criteria: development of education cooperation and study exchange; enhancement of mutual understanding of universities as well as between Viet Nam and Taiwan.
