I. Functions:
Functions of Urban Infrastructure Faculty are training according to the University’s plan, and scientific research for training and production.
II. Duties:
1. Managing lecturers, staffs and students according to the Principal’s assignment.
2. Building programs, plans for training and learning, and leading in training process for Water Supply and Sanitation, Environmental, Transportation; detail outline writing for related Faculty ensuring consistency, avoid overlap between Faculty of the training program or levels; develop the training program for Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering; schemes building, documents and curriculum writing according to the university’s orientation; researching for teaching method improvement; developing and implementing methods of examining and evaluating students' learning and training results, ensuring learners' output standards according to announced commitments, meeting the use demand of the labor market.
3. Organizing scientific and technological activities, actively exploiting international cooperation projects; coordinate with scientific and technological organizations, production and business establishments, and associate training with scientific research, production and business and social life.
4. Building a plan to develop a contingent of lecturers specialized in Water Supply and Sewerage Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Traffic Engineering and facilities for training and scientific research towards standardization;
5. Developing plans and organize the implementation of political education, ideology, ethics, lifestyle for lecturers, staff, staff and learners, organize training and retraining to improve qualifications professional and professional skills for faculty and staff of faculties.
6. Organizing the evaluation of managers and lecturers in the Department of Urban Infrastructure Faculty; participate in managing senior officials, horizontal officials according to the State's regulations;
7. Proposing changes in organization and personnel in the faculty; register to receive training tasks at all levels and open the majors and training majors.
