1. Dean of Faculty:
- To administrate the faculty according to the school regulations;
- To develop faculty’s strategy;
- Set up plan, manage, observe, evaluate the assigned responsibilities of the Faculty such as: curriculum, scientific research, international cooperation.
- To organize training to improve specialist knowledge and professional skills for lecturers and staffs.
- To manage lecturers, staffs of the Faculty; to monitor the operating of Department of Construction and Department of Foundation Engineering;
2. Vice Dean of Faculty:
- To be in charge of emulation and commendation;
- Prepare the report on teaching and monthly activities of the faculty and attendance.
- To set up plans and to organize to train the politics, ideology, morality and life style for staffs and lecturers.
- To coordinate with the Party Branch and mass organizations such as Trade Union, Youth Union, ...
- To monitor the faculty office.
- To monitor the operating of Department of Applied Mechanics and Department of Structural Engineering.
- To organize to compile curriculum, syllabus and course materials.
- To control education quality and to improve teaching and learning methods.
- To organize the organization of faculty events such as conferences, meetings, ...
