I. FUNCTIONS
The College of Economics has the function of organizing the implementation’s teaching and learning plans; Organize the compilation of teaching materials, study and improve learning teaching methods and other functions to improve the quality of the faculty.
II. DUTIES
1. Organize the training process and other educational activities in the general teaching program and plan of the school.
2. Organizing scientific and technological research activities, actively exploiting international cooperation projects; Coordinating with scientific and technological organizations, units employing production and business establishments, combining training with scientific research, practical needs and social life.
3. Manage staffs and learners according to the principal's assignment.
4. Quality management, content, training methods and scientific research.
5. Organizing the compilation of curriculum and lectures for subject materials assigned by the Principal. Research and improve teaching and learning methods; Proposing to develop additional plans and maintenance of teaching - learning, practicing and practicing equipment.
6. Develop plans and organize the implementation of political education, ideology, ethics, lifestyle for staffs and learners, organize training and retraining to improve qualifications professional and professional skills for faculty and staff of faculties.
7. Proposing changes in organization and personnel in the faculty; Register to receive training tasks of qualifications, open branches and specialized training courses.
8. Developing teaching staff, developing training programs and facilities in the direction of standardization, enhance quality assurance conditions, meet social needs and international integration.
9. Organize assessment of managers and staffs in the faculty; Participate in assessing senior managers and managers at the level as prescribed by the school.
