2.1. Managing lecturers, employees and learners of the FA according to the principal's assignment;
2.2. Planning and organizing the implementation of education and training activities according to the MTU general plan, including: Developing training programs of specialized branches assigned by the school, such as Architecture, Urban and Zone Planning, Urban Construction Management, Interior Design, Graphic Design ...; Organizing the compilation of detailed outline of the subjects related to the FA's specialties, ensuring consistency, avoiding overlap between the subjects of the training program or between training levels; developing training programs, developing projects, compiling documents and textbooks according to the development orientation of MTU; Research and improve teaching and learning methods; formulating and implementing methods of examining and evaluating students' learning and training results, ensuring learners' output standards according to announced commitments, meeting the use demand of the labor market;
2.3. Planning and organizing scientific and technological activities, actively exploiting international cooperation projects; Coordinating with scientific and technological organizations, production and business establishments, associating training with scientific research, production, business and social life;
2.4. Developing plans to develop lecturer team, training professions and facilities for training and scientific research in the direction of standardization, enhancing quality assurance conditions and meet demand society and international integration;
2.5. Developing plans and organizing the implementation of political education, ideology, morality and lifestyle for officials and learners; Organizing training and retraining to improve professional qualifications for lecturers and staff of AF;
2.6. Organizing assessment of managers and lecturers in AF; Participating in assessing senior managers as prescribed by MTU;
7. Proposing changes in organization and personnel in AF; Registering to receive training tasks in learning levels, opening trainings branches and specialized training branches.
