• To provide advise to the University’s Board of Presidents in international cooperation strategic planning and implementation.

• To facilitate international cooperation program development between international partners and faculties, departments and offices of the University.

• To promote and formulate international cooperation plans and to manage and monitor the implementation of international cooperation programs and activities.

• To develop and undertake joint training programs under the direction of the University’s Board of Presidents.

• To prepare and organize the science conferences, the international events.

• To manage and promote the implementation of scientific research projects in the University
.
