2. Quarterly and annually, to make a financial settlement report and submit it to the Ministry of Construction according to the regimes and policies.
3- Prepare a financial plan for each quarter, and submit it to the Principal for approval.
4- Organizing the accounting, reporting and analyzing economic activities in the school.
5. Managing all revenues and expenditures from the budget and other sources in accordance with the current regime in order to well serve the school's political tasks.
6- Annually organize inventory in accordance with state regulations, acting as a standing member of the school inventory committee.
7. Coordinate with relevant units to procure supplies, equipment and assets in service of work requirements in schools.
8- Coordinate with functional departments to deal with financial policies and regulations for officials and students in the school.
9- Propose measures to manage finance, materials and assets effectively, prevent embezzlement and waste.
10. To disseminate and guide in time the financial policies and ordinances and statistical ordinances.
11- Make financial publicity report according to current regulations.
12- Advise to monitor and compare annual liabilities according to regulations.
13- Coordinate with units to advise the Principal in reviewing and completing the internal spending regulations of the school.
