 1. Head:
1.1. The Director is the person who directly runs the hospital's work and is responsible to the Principal in accordance with the law.

1.2. In charge of scientific research of lecturers, scientific seminars, specific international cooperation:

a. Advise the Board of Directors to develop a program of scientific research and international relations in accordance with the MTU's research and development mission.

b. Advise the Board of Directors to promulgate and organize the implementation of documents on scientific research and international cooperation relations within the MTU.

c. Coordinate with MTU units, organize guidance on registration of scientific and technological activities. Regulations and organize the evaluation, acceptance and application of recognition of scientific research results and technology development at all levels in the MTU.

d. The Standing Committee of the Science Council, the Examination Council of the Excellent Student Examination Council, the Council for improving the training and opening program of the MTU.

e. The focal point organizes scientific conferences of the MTU.

f. Organizing and managing relationships and international cooperation; International cooperation training development of resources of the MTU.

g. Other jobs assigned by the Principal.
2. Deputy head:
2.1. Manage the work of the Institute when the head of the business goes on business trips.

2.2. In charge of scientific research of students.

2.3. Manage the tasks of regular functions of the Institute: Compilation, compilation, compilation of training programs, printing specific books:

a. Relationship for employers collects comments on training quality for learners after graduation and evaluating training programs. Coordinate with relevant units to compile improvement of training programs and training systems in MTU.

b. Organize exams for excellent students.

c. Organize the printing of textbooks and learning materials on the basis of the research topics of the lecturers of the MTU training program.
d. Organize statistical work, science and technology information, edit and publish the scientific and educational information of the MTU.

e. Prepare scientific conferences of the MTU, advisors for the Faculty, Youth Union, Student Association to organize scientific research activities of students and students.

f. Other jobs assigned by the Head.
