Responding to the "Vietnam Book Day 21/4" every year, the Learning Resources and Information Center, Western Construction University in collaboration with Vinh Long Provincial Library; Vinh Long Equipment and Book Joint Stock Company; Nguyen Thong High School organizes activities to respond to "Vietnam Book Day 2019" to honor books and reading culture values with a joyful and healthy book festival to foster more love and passion for reading and also to raise awareness about self-learning and self-study for students, lecturers and staff throughout the school.
