Counselling the Rector on organization and implementation of duties which are in the field of Testing and Quality Assurance. Or when the Rector assigns other duties in the school.
2. Mission
2.1 Testing tasks
1. Plan for examination, organize final and graduated exams.
2. Present regularly at the exam concil in final exams.
3. Coordinate with departments to establish huge amount of test questions in final exam.
4. Manage huge amount of test questions, mix and choose, print and secure test questions.
5. Enter test scores on the portal website, summarize points, transfer test scores to units.
6. Organize to mark the tests again which are complained by students.
7. Pay mode of supervision, marking and issuing the test for lecturers participating in exams which are hold by Testing and quality assurance department.
8. Store test scores and tests according to State’s regulations.
2.2 Quality assurance tasks
1. Develop and implement quality assurance according to the regulations of the School and the Education and Training Ministry.
2. Servey learners' opinions on teaching activities of lecturers.
3. Develop regulatory documents and guide all activities on quality assurance of the university.
4. Inspect and examine the implementation of objectives, plans, programs, contents, educational methods, training regulations, diplomas and certificates, the operation of regulations on curriculum and lectures, training degree.
5. Receive and resolve complaints and denunciations which relate to training.
