2. Duties
2.1. Planing to development strategies of career and training scale.
2.2. Organizing the implementation of training regulation and develop regulations, procedure on training.
2.3. Organizing and managing programe, curriculum.
2.4. Plainging and managing curriculum programe.
2.5. Managing training process and academic transcript.
2.6. Managing database system and training portal.
2.7. Managing diploma, Certificate with regulations.
2.8. Report the training results under the direction of the Rector for superior agencies.
2.9. Permanent council: Admission, graduate, academic review, suspending, keep in academic transcript.
